CAN YOU REMOVE MOSS, BLACK SPOT AND LICHEN STAINING?
Yes in most cases we just use high temperature steam to remove all staining, occasionally we use an anti fungal treatment to kill off the stubborn black spot.

DO YOU REPLACE THE JOINTING SAND THAT IS DISLODGED DURING THE CLEANING PROCESS?
Yes, WBCS Steam Cleaning Services always replace the jointing sand once the driveway has dried after cleaning, the same or the next day. We will brush kiln dried silica sand into the joints to replace any lost during the cleaning process.

IS AN OUTSIDE WATER SOURCE NEEDED?
If there isn’t an outside source we can run off our van onboard water tanks, however this may add further costs if we don’t have a constant water supply. This will be discussed at time of survey.
